ENVOL Junior Études – ENAC Junior Enterprise Head of Study Monitoring
Head of Study Monitoring at ENVOL Junior Études, the ENAC junior enterprise: managing a team of four project leads, supervising around twenty studies and driving the continuous improvement of the division (audits, automations, processes, templates, training, client and contributor relations). Represented the junior enterprise at 5 congresses, co-founded and organised two editions of the Jamais Un Avion Sans Elles event, and created four training sessions for new mandates, ENVOL members and other junior enterprises.

What is a Junior Enterprise?
Operating like a consultancy firm, a Junior Enterprise is a non-profit student association (under the French 1901 law) affiliated with the National Confederation of Junior Enterprises (CNJE). Its purpose? Meeting the needs of professional clients (startups, companies, local authorities) by relying on the expertise of the students of its school.
Junior Entrepreneurs act as the interface between the client and the students carrying out the projects. They ensure the success of the assignments by managing project management, finances, client relations and compliance with the legal framework.
It is a true immersion: this real-life experience allows everyone involved to grow professionally alongside their studies.
What is ENVOL?
For three years, I have held the role of Head of Study Monitoring and now Member of the Strategic Advisory Committee at ENVOL Junior Études. ENVOL is the ENAC junior enterprise, regularly ranked among the top 30 in France and awarded prizes.
Summary of projects
I managed a team of four project leads supervising around twenty studies a year, while driving around ten continuous improvement projects: document automation (Google Sheets/Apps Script), a complete overhaul of processes and templates, anticipating the annual audit (best rating achieved), and structuring client and contributor relations.
I also represented the junior enterprise at 5 conferences, co-founded and organised two editions of the Jamais Un Avion Sans Elles event, and created and ran four training sessions for the new mandates and other junior enterprises, including one at a CNJE conference.
